Hey Reader,
The no.1 reason why founders don’t show up on LinkedIn? Lack of time.
Not exactly shocking - LinkedIn can eat up more time than you’d like. And most founders don’t feel comfortable outsourcing content writing.
Because they don’t trust anyone else to capture their tone of voice. They’re skeptical and often ask: "But how do you make sure it still sounds like me?"
Today, I’ll show you the exact system I use with my ghostwriting clients.
It keeps their voice intact without them spending hours on content creation.
The system I use with my clients
Monthly content interviews (60 minutes) We jump on a monthly call to talk about what’s new, business goals, or anything top of mind. No script—just a conversation. I usually prep some ideas in advance to guide us.
Record the call to capture voice + phrasing I record every call (using Otter.ai or Fathom) to catch exact wording, tone, and phrasing. This lets me focus on the conversation and skip note-taking.
Build and update the content calendar After the call, I map out the content calendar and get approval for the next posts we’ll write and publish.
Write draft posts that actually sound like you I stick to the words and phrases my clients naturally use. This is the most effective way to keep their tone and personality intact. I also pay attention to how they speak—short sentences? Humour? Details matter.
Create visuals to support the message Some people scroll past captions. Strong visuals help reinforce the message , communicate the point quickly and boost reach.
Approval process When the post is ready - with a caption and visual - I send it for approval. Nothing gets posted unless it has your stamp of approval.
Monitor performance + give feedback Once it’s live, I track how it performs. If there’s a way to strengthen audience engagement or relationship-building, I share advice.
What this looks like in practice
Last year I worked with a founder that has an e-commerce business. We extracted a full month of content from one 60-minute conversation.
He stayed visible on LinkedIn, even with a packed schedule. Some of those posts? His best-performing ever.
If content feels like a chore, you either need a system or support.
You’d be surprised how many ideas live in one conversation.
Here’s what one of my clients said after working with me:
“
“I now have an optimised LinkedIn profile, a clear content strategy for the next 2 months, and a strong direction for how my posts should look and sound.Klinta isn’t just another LinkedIn coach—she’s a brilliant copywriter, trainer, and listener.
Her feedback on our content via WhatsApp and Google Docs was invaluable.
She made me want to log in and write every day.”

Happy Easter, Klinta
